JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Based Estate Agency Account Manager – Home Based

The Reward

  • £35,000 - £40,000 Basic salary
  • £47,000 - £52,000 On target earnings
  • Working from Home
  • One of the most innovative property companies in the UK
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

The Person

  • Experience working in Estate Agency
  • Track record of smashing targets and delivering results
  • Ability to motivate and coach Estate Agents
  • Excellent and engaging presentation skills
  • Comfortable in speaking to both large and small audiences for carrying out training
  • The ability to effectively work remotely

The Role

  • Covering the South West
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with your local Estate Agents
  • Conduct visits to all Partner Agent branches
  • Deliver external training and coaching sessions for Partner Agents to increase and develop lead generation levels
  • Create and distribute case studies demonstrating success stories and use as point-of-sale material

Based from home, in this Account Relationship Manager role you will help to improve the relationship with partner Estate Agents with coaching and providing support.
Your input will lead to the increase in quality and quantity of referrals.
