Development Acquisition Manager – remote or Office based in Leeds or London (and anywhere in between)
Headquartered in Leeds, this Property Investment company have huge plans to make a stamp in the UK property investment market. Since opening their doors over two years ago, they have won various contracts over their big corporate competitors due to their fresh, innovative, and diverse way of operating. With huge success in the off-plan sales market, the business has grown to a stage now whereby they require a full time Development Acquisitions Manager to help the company continue its impressive growth.
This Development Acquisitions Manager role is a flexible and extremely autonomous position for someone who enjoys managing their own diary and implementing their own strategy. You will be supported by various members of the company who will help you formulate and design in-depth and tailored sales proposals to be presented to developers across the UK.
This role is suitable for individuals who require a remote or hybrid work pattern and enjoy being out in the field generating new relationships and clients. It does involve travel across most of the UK, therefore your working week will be split between time on the road and time working from home. (You will be expected to go to the office once per month in Leeds in your initial period, to then having the option of going into the London office in over a years time).
