Customer Service Advisor - Leeds
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join working at one of the fastest property investment companies in the UK.
The company has grown rapidly since incorporation in 2017 to multimillion pound turnover and employees over 30 staff across 3 offices. Due to the company’s rapid growth plans for the future, we are seeking an ambitious, organised, and motivated individual to join our client services team.
Duties
- Responsible for corresponding with clients/buyers and guiding them through the process of purchasing off plan
- Liaising with the Head of Client relations and ensuring deadlines are met
- Responding promptly and professionally
- Basic administration tasks such as sending emails and updates software
- Attending meetings to report to the Head of Client Relations
- Working as a team to ensure targets are met
- Accompanying surveyors on valuation appointments

- Computer literate, confident with excel and outlook
- Can do attitude
- High level of customer service skills as well as organisation
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Thoroughly professional

On Offer
- Annual salary £20,000
- Good bonus structure
- Monday to Thursday, 9am-6pm, Fridays 9am-5pm
