Customer Service Administrator – Headingley
If you have amazing customer service skills and would like an opportunity to get into the property sector, then this Customer Service Administrator position could be ideal for you.
Working for one of the leading letting agents in Headingley who have a huge focus on the student market, you will be helping landlords and tenants with their enquiries whilst being constantly trained and developed.
Duties
- Deal with day-to-day enquiries regarding tenancy signings, lettings enquiries, guarantor queries and other general tenancy queries
- Ensure inhouse databases are updated daily
- Deal with incoming emails and phone calls
- Checking and signing off tenancy agreements and supporting documentation
- Liaising with tenants and guarantors to ensure paperwork is completed in a timely fashion
- Assist with non-academic move in’s and move out’s throughout the year
You
- Confident and composed communication skills
- Able to handle challenging conversations with Tenants and Landlords
- Customer Service experience would be desirable but not essential before taking up this role as full training will be provided
- Strong administration, organisational and delegation skills is required for this role
On Offer
- Annual salary £20,000 - £22,000
- Up to 10% of salary annual bonus
- Week 1 – Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30
- Week 2 – Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:30
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
