Chartered Building Surveyor – Manchester

Duties

• Taking on own case load of professional works
• Conducting dilapidations, insurance related project works, party wall, condition surveys, defect diagnosis and project works
• Conducting surveys for a few days a week with travel involved
• We encourage business development and being open to new work across the business

You

• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years PQE
• Full UK driving licence
