Branch Manager – Barnard Castle
This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the leading Rural and Agricultural property groups in the North, in their Estate Agency division.
If you are currently operating as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager, or a Valuer who is ready to take a step into management then this could be the next step on your Estate Agency journey.
Duties
- You will manage the day to day running and success of the branch with a particular focus on generating new business and exceeding targets
- You will be responsible for a team of three and will report into the Regional Agency Manager
- Responsible for generating and conducting market appraisals
- Winning new instructions
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Managing a team including staff training to agreed standards
- Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded through both KPI and budget figures
- Close deals
- Manage property brochure preparations including photography
- Client and application management
- CRM management
- Understanding of Vebra Alto
You
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and from an estate agency background
- Preferably NAEA qualified
- Experience in both sales and lettings
- Proven experience of increasing market share
- Must be capable of winning a strong market share of properties
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience
- Full UK Driving License required
On Offer
- Up to £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- OTE circa £45,000
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Saturday availability preferred but not essential
- Working as part of a growing organisation with long term development opportunities
