JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you already an experienced Branch Manager/Valuer with experience across both Sales and Lettings? Do you have a clear passion for property and a proven track record? Up to £40,000 and a company car or car allowance are just some of the benefits on offer with this role!
Our clients are looking for an exceptional Branch Manager/Valuer to take the helm at their extremely busy Newcastle office. You will need to hit the ground running and already be an experienced manager heading up a team of experienced property professionals.

The Role

•Managing a team of experienced property professionals
•Carrying out Market Appraisals, ensuring that the company secures the business
•Working towards strict daily, weekly and monthly targets, along with agreed KPI’s, ensuring your branch is profitable
•Motivating and coaching your team in your role as Branch Manager, in addition to regular one to one appraisals and regular training
•Dealing with any enquiries from Vendors and Purchasers, Landlords and Tenants, resolving any problems before they arise
•Proactively promoting the company’s additional products, such as Financial Services and ensuring your team are aware of these
•Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities

The Person

You are already and experienced Branch Manager/Valuer with at least two years’ experience across both Residential Sales and Lettings. You have a clear passion for property and a proven track record, you will be driven to succeed and a real team player. You will have strong negotiation skills, a good understanding of the property market and a high level of commercial awareness. NAEA or NFOPP would be an advantage and a full UK driving licence is essential.

The Reward

•Up to £25,000pa depending on experience
•Company Car or Car Allowance
•£40,000pa OTE Uncapped Commission
