JOB DESCRIPTION

Branch Manager – Guiseley

 

We are delighted to be recruiting a Branch Manager for one of Yorkshires most recognised independent Estate Agent who have branches across West and North Yorkshire.

Our client have a really successful sales department in their Guiseley office and are now wanting a new Branch Manager to take it to the next level!

 

Duties

  • Carry out market appraisals and development appraisals based on research into historical sales information and comparable evidence
  • You will provide specialist marketing advice and valuations to clients in order to gain instruction for sale
  • Liaise with Sales Negotiators to prepare sales particulars and relevant compliance documents in order to list property for sale including approving brochures, drafting floor plans and updating Reapit
  • You will liaise with the vendor to arrange suitable viewing appointments and co-ordinate accompanied viewers where necessary or carry out viewings as and when required
  • Take the lead role in progressing sales including chasing all parties involved weekly in order to complete the sale swiftly and ultimately assisting with setting dates for completion and final invoice
  • Lead on renegotiation throughout the sale process as necessary in order to complete the sale including confirmation of all offers in writing
  • You will have overall responsibility for marketing materials within your branch
  • You will work in conjunction with the Area Director and Head of Residential to set annual targets for your branch and individual members of your team by analysing the previous 12 month’s activity
  • Attend weekly management meetings in order to share best practice and address concerns
  • Day to day management of your team including inductions, one to ones, coaching, appraisals and performance management

 

You

  • Previous experience within an Estate Agency environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Knowledge of the local property market

 

On Offer

  • Up to £33,000
  • £3,000 per year car allowance
  • Bonus structure
  • Very own parking space
  • Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Saturdays available)

 

This is a superb opportunity for someone who is currently a Valuer, Sales Manager or Branch Manager to take on a bigger challenge.
