JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Sales Manager - Manchester

We are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join a growing family here at an innovative property company, who have a clear vision to be the UKs market leader in the fast sale property industry.

Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of properties
  • Guiding, support and mentoring your team of 7 negotiators
  • Achieving targets which in turn will assist the company in achieving its growth plans
  • Providing support to the negotiators as well as mentoring and developing them

 

You

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a senior sales position
  • Experience in high-paced sales environment with a focus on negotiation
  • Excellent sales background of hitting & exceeding sales, revenue targets
  • Strong leadership skills & ability to keep team motivation high
  • A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach

  • £30,000 basic salary
  • Realistic OTE £70,000
