Duties
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Guiding, support and mentoring your team of 7 negotiators
- Achieving targets which in turn will assist the company in achieving its growth plans
- Providing support to the negotiators as well as mentoring and developing them
You
- At least 2 years’ experience in a senior sales position
- Experience in high-paced sales environment with a focus on negotiation
- Excellent sales background of hitting & exceeding sales, revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills & ability to keep team motivation high
- A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
On Offer
- £30,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE £70,000
