Area Valuer - Halifax

Exciting new busy Area Valuer role, working across Calderdale and Kirklees for a leading estate agents.

Duties

• Generating new business
• Attending Valuations
• Following up market appraisals
• Growing the market share
• Developing customer service across the business
• Assist in the training colleagues

You

• Previous experience within a valuing or sales role
• Excellent knowledge of the property market
• Full driving license and own transport

On Offer

• Annual salary up to £25,000
• + Commission structure
• Car allowance/company car
• 25 days holiday + bank holiday
• Monday – Thursday, 9.00am to 5:30pm & Fridays, 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am – 1:00pm
