JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Administrator – Salford

Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to take the next step with a very well established and growing property management business. With fantastic ambition within the company and real growth opportunities, this role will provide you with a long-term career prospect.

 

Duties

  • Managing the day-to-day accounting of our expanding residential and commercial portfolios
  • Logging inbound payments from tenants
  • Issuing invoices to tenants
  • Processing client statements
  • Making outbound payments to clients and contractors
  • Administration of tenant bond payments
  • Setting up and archiving of tenants
  • Liaising with fee earners to enable smooth operation of client accounts cycle
  • Update and maintain accounts database
  • Daily reconciliation of bank accounts to the accounts database
  • Arrear’s reporting

 

You

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Experience of double entry accounting practices and software and knowledge of the property market

 

On Offer

  • Up to £18,000  + commission structure
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
