Our client is an established market leading supplier to the Estate Agency and property sector, with a client base stretching across the whole of the UK.
We are now seeking an Account Manager to join the team, to be based in the Newcastle office and liaising with their clients, building on and enhancing the existing business relationship.
This is an ideal role for an already experienced Estate Agent who is perhaps seeking a change in direction, or an already experienced Account / Relationship Manager.
•Build, maintain and enhance relationships with the already established client network
•Regularly host telephone meetings with both new and existing clients
•Work with the internal sales teams to create regular reports and achieve goals
•Identify and deliver on any training requirements that may arise
•Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure client expectations are met
•Have a background in Estate Agency, Account / Relationship Management or experience of managing client relationships
•Have exceptionally strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, colleagues and senior staff
•Excellent communication skills along with good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
