We are looking for a confident and well organised property professional to help deliver accompanied viewings and carry out inspections.
You will be expected to:
Attend accompanied viewings on behalf of the company. Ensuring you are on time to all appointments and have good knowledge of the property you are attending.
Liaise with clients at the property and answering any questions they may have and informing them to your best knowledge.
Arrange and carry out property checks on vacant property where necessary.
Registering applicants and bookings viewings over the phone when in the office, sending confirmation emails.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Advising Vendors of viewings that are to be happening, registering feedback on the system and giving viewing feedback after the appointment.
General administrative duties.

Be confident, well presented, professional person who is at ease dealing with the public with superb communication skills
Candidate must be able to build good rapport with existing and future clients to help generate new business.
They will have a flexible approach and positive attitude reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity; Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude.
Previous experience within the property industry if preferable but not necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and are well organised and able to prioritise your own workload.
Diary management is essential.
Full UK driving licence is essential
