Accommodation Coordinator – Newcastle
This fantastic Accommodation Coordinator role will deliver a stable yet progressive career move. As a pivotal member of the front of house team, you will be the face of the company ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met whilst also carrying out several Lettings administrative duties
Duties
- Font of house based, dealing directly with residents over the phone & face to face
- Delivering high quality resident services while providing the best levels of customer service
- Ensuring a top standard of maintenance and management of the building
- Working collaboratively with company-wide colleagues to ensure smooth processes
You
- Property experience is advantageous but is not required!
- To be successful in this role you need to have experience in delivering a high standard of customer service, good admin experience and have a real passion for ensuring client or customer satisfaction
